Where can I buy La Terra Fina products?
La Terra Fina dips and quiche are available at Costco stores nationwide. Many of our products are also available in specialty grocery stores such as Meijer, Harris Teeter, Natural Grocers, Safeway (NorCal), Albertsons (PacNW) and many local and specialty stores throughout the United States. Not all stores carry all items, but you can find a store or club near you, we recommend contacting the store for specific items.
Can I freeze your dip?
We do not recommend freezing our dips. We cannot guarantee product flavor, texture or quality will be the same once the dip has been frozen.
What are the cooking instructions for your quiche?
We know, you threw away the packaging and now you have quiche without the instructions. While you can get the information on each products page, we thought this was also a good place to help out.

Are your products allergen-free? Are your products gluten-free?
All of the ingredients in our products are listed in order of predominance on the packaging and we note allergens in a recognizable form. We offer many gluten-free products and have noted this on their labels. We understand your allergen concerns and we have several programs in place in our facility to prevent cross contamination between products with and without allergens.
How can I tell if the product is still good or if it’s past the date?
We provide a “Best By” date on all of our products. This date is legibly marked on each package. Unless the product has been maintained frozen, it is the date that the product expires and we do not recommend consuming beyond this date.
What do you mean by “sustainably wild caught” salmon on your Salmon Dip & Spread?
Our salmon supplier is responsibly managed by the Alaska Department of Fish & Game and the North Pacific Fishery Management Council, both required by law to manage resources sustainably, and both are widely recognized as world leaders in responsible fisheries management. No commercially harvested species of Alaska salmon, shellfish or ground fish is “subject to overfishing” according to the National Marine Fisheries Service’s annual report to Congress.
The robust nature of Alaska fisheries management has been verified by third-party certification bodies, including the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and the FAO-based Responsible Fisheries Management (RFM) program certified by Global Trust.
