Cranberry-Pomegranate Spinach and Kale Dip

Yield: 8-10 servings

1 (10 oz.) container Spinach & Kale Dip made with Greek Yogurt (substitute with almost any of our Classic Dips & Spreads or Greek Yogurt Dips & Spreads)
1 cup cranberries
½ cup water
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ cup pomegranate seeds

Heat a small pot over high heat with cranberries, water and maple syrup. Cook on high until the water is evaporated and all of the cranberries are popped. Take off heat and set aside to cool.

While the cranberry sauce is cooling, prepare your platter with crackers, snap peas, almonds, grapes, walnuts, honey, radishes, and anything/everything your heart desires.

When the cranberry sauce is cooled, stir it into your Spinach & Kale Dip made with Greek Yogurt and top with pomegranate seeds.

Add your dip to your platter. Serve with crackers, snap peas, almonds, grapes, walnuts, honey, radishes…
