A great way to dress up your bagel! Seriously easy and delicious. Simply slice some veggies, spread the spread and voila! A delicious and elegant breakfast is fast and easy any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel (we recommend an everything bagel, our favorite!)
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon red onion, thinly sliced (to taste)
  • 4 roasted red bell pepper strips (to taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons Wild Smoked Salmon Dip or Smoked Sockeye Salmon Spread
  • Cracked black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Toast bagel and smear with dip
 on each half.
  2. Top with cucumber, red onion and roasted red peppers.
  3. Dust with cracked black pepper.
  4. It’s that simple! Breakfast is served!
