Green Chile Cheese Baked Pinwheel

1 – 16 oz. package of store-bought pizza dough
10 oz. Green Chile & Cheese Dip or try with any of La Terra Fina’s spicy dips
Pinch of sea salt & freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F.

On a lightly floured surface, spread dough out flat. Spread half of the dip on top, leaving about an inch from edges.

Roll filled dough lengthwise, keeping filling inside as you go.

Use a little water along inside edge to help seal dough back onto itself finishing the pinwheel. Using a serrated knife, gently cut filled pinwheel dough into 1-inch slices, lay them flat onto a lightly oiled or non-stick cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Let pinwheels cool for 5 minutes and enjoy at room temperature.
