You can cut the amount of spice by making these mini quesadillas with La Terra Fina Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread, Spinach & Parmesan Dip & Spread made with Greek Yogurt, Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread made with Greek Yogurt, or Cheesy Artichoke with Garlic & Parmesan Dip & Spread.
1/2 c La Terra Fina Sriracha Three Cheese Dip & Spread
1/3 c shredded cheddar cheese
12 mini tortillas
1/2 can refried beans
2 tbsp butter
In a small bowl, stir together the La Terra Fina Sriracha Three Cheese Dip & Spread with the shredded cheddar cheese. Spread 1/2 tbsp of the refried beans on half of the mini tortilla. Spread cheese mixture on top of the refried beans. Heat a large skillet over medium heat & melt butter. Place several quesadillas in the pan and cook until the tortillas are golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining quesadillas. Serve.
