Skinny Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients:
½ cup Spinach & Kale Dip made with Greek Yogurt (or any of our Greek Yogurt Dips & Spreads)
3 Jalapeño peppers
Olive Oil

Preparation:
Preheat broiler to low.

Slice each jalapeño length-wise. Remove the seeds. Leave stems on because they make perfect handles.

Add about 2 tablespoons of dip to each pepper. Place peppers filling side up on a baking sheet. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the peppers and broil for ten minutes until top is lightly golden and the peppers are slightly tender.

Serve warm.
