Steak & Sriracha Soft Tacos

Ingredients:
1-1/4 to 1-1/2 pounds boneless sirloin steak or flank steak, about 3/4-inch thick
Salt and pepper
12, 6- to 8-inch corn or flour tortillas
1-1/2 cups Sriracha Three Cheese Dip & Spread
1/2 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups diced tomato
1-1/2 cups small cilantro sprigs
Sriracha, or other hot sauce, for serving

Preparation:
Preheat grill to high heat with lightly oiled grate. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper, grill to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove steak from grill, let rest 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in foil, place on a cooler part of grill and cook until warm, 5-8 minutes, turning halfway through.

Slice steak thinly across grain. Divide dip among tortillas, top with steak, onion, tomato and cilantro. Serve with Sriracha along side.

Chef’s Notes: To change things up, try these easy tacos with chicken, shrimp, pork or fish. Or use your favorite salsa instead of the tomatoes.
