Rich, flavorful and bacon… this recipe has it all. This is a flavorful, warm and cheesy dip, great with corn chips, crackers, veggies or chicken wings. Created by Meagan at A Zesty Bite.
Ingredients
- 4 strips baked bacon
- 10 oz. Artichoke & Jalapeño Dip & Spread
- 1 packed cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons light sour cream
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Chop up bacon and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Place in a medium size baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm, be careful the baking dish will be hot!
