INGREDIENTS: Egg Whites, Whole Milk (milk, vitamin D3), Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Swiss Cheese (pasteurized part skim milk, salt, enzymes, cheese cultures), Bacon (Cured with: water, salt, sugar, smoke flavoring, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), Palm Oil, Water, Onions, Canola Oil, Less than 2% of: Corn Starch, Sea Salt, Isolated Oat Fiber, Butter (cream, salt), Cane Sugar, Chives, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Nutmeg.

Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to cook (may freeze before “best by” date for up to one year from date of manufacture). Remove quiche from the carton and plastic wrapping prior to cooking.
Conventional Oven: (Preferred method) Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake in foil pan for 23-25 minutes (add 5-10 minutes if frozen) or until center reaches 165°F. Carefully remove from oven and set aside for 5 minutes.
Microwave Oven: Cut into serving portions and place one serving on a microwave safe dish. Heat on high for 2 minutes or until center of the quiche reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Air Fryer: Cut refrigerated quiche into serving portions and place one serving in basket. Heat at 350° F for 10 minutes, or until center reaches 165° F. Remove from basket, and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
