Our crustless, oven-baked frittata features a generous combination of earthy tender spinach, flavorful artichoke hearts, savory parmesan and slightly spicy poblano peppers. Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to cook (may freeze before “best by” date for up to one year from date of manufacture). Remove frittata from the carton and peelable plastic wrapping prior to cooking.

Conventional Oven: (Preferred method) Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat in bake-in tray for 25-30 minutes or until center reaches 165°F. Carefully remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy.

Microwave Oven: Place frittata in the center of the microwave. Heat on high for 8-10* minutes or until center of the frittata reaches 165°F. Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
