  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Thinly slice baguette on a bias (at a slight angle). Lay the bread slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of dip on each slice of bread.
  4. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over each slice and then sprinkle with crushed red pepper or smoked paprika. Garnish with dried parsley flakes.
  5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is crispy.
