Flaky, buttery rolls stuffed with sweet, spicy and creamy cranberry & jalapeño are the ultimate holiday side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour, plus some for rolling the dough
  • 1 10-oz container La Terra Fina Cranberry & Jalapeño Dip & Spread, plus some for garnish (optional)
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, yeast, and sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment. Let sit for 5 minutes, unti, the yeast starts to bubble.
  2. Add the eggs, salt, and flour to the bowl of the mixer. Turn the mixer on medium speed and mix until the ingredients start to come together in a dough, about 2 minutes. Once the dough has come together, add the butter. Mix on medium speed until all of the butter is incorporated, then keep the mixer running for an additional 3 minutes to knead the dough. The dough should be glossy and smooth. If the dough is sticking to the sides of the bowl, add an additional 1-2 tablespoons of flour
  3. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350℉ and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  5. While the dough is rising, add the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  6. When the dough is done rising, transfer it to a floured surface and sprinkle some flour over it. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a 9×14-inch rectangle.
  7. Spread the La Terra Fina Cranberry & Jalapeño Dip & Spread over the entire surface of the dough. Roll the dough into a log, starting at the 9-inch side.
  8. Slice the log into 9 rolls.
  9. Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the bread crumb and parmesan mixture on top. Cover the dish with a dish towel and let the dough rise for 15-20 minutes.
  10. When the rolls are finished rising, uncover them and transfer to the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  11. When the rolls are finished baking, add some dollops of La Terra Fina Cranberry & Jalapeño Dip & Spread on top and serve warm.
