Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 3 cups leftover stuffing or cubed day-old bread
  • 2 cups cooked green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 10 oz La Terra Fina Cranberry & Jalapeño Dip & Spread
  • ¾ cup turkey or chicken broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoonfresh sage, chopped
  • 3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère or white cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together La Terra Fina Cranberry & Jalapeño Dip & Spread, broth, eggs, salt, pepper, rosemary, and sage in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  3. Add stuffing or bread cubes to the bottom of the baking dish, followed by the green beans.
  4. Scatter the turkey over the top.
  5. Pour the cranberry dip mixture evenly over the entire dish, letting it seep through the layers.
  6. Gently spread mashed potatoes over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
