Cranberry & Jalapeño Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
- 3 cups leftover stuffing or cubed day-old bread
- 2 cups cooked green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 10 oz La Terra Fina Cranberry & Jalapeño Dip & Spread
- ¾ cup turkey or chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoonfresh sage, chopped
- 3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère or white cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together La Terra Fina Cranberry & Jalapeño Dip & Spread, broth, eggs, salt, pepper, rosemary, and sage in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Add stuffing or bread cubes to the bottom of the baking dish, followed by the green beans.
- Scatter the turkey over the top.
- Pour the cranberry dip mixture evenly over the entire dish, letting it seep through the layers.
- Gently spread mashed potatoes over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
