Everything Bagel Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup La Terra Fina Everything Bagel Dip & Spread, plus additional for serving
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 large Egg, beaten
- Everything Bagel Seasoning or Flaky Sea Salt, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and baking powder together. Add the Greek yogurt and fold together with a spatula until a sticky dough forms.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for 1-2 minutes with your hands. Form the dough into a round ball. Using a sharp kitchen knife, carefully divide the dough out into 14-16 evenly sized balls.
- Take each dough ball and flatten into a round circle about 1/8″ thick. Place a small dollop (about 1 teaspoon) of the Everything Bagel Dip & Spread in the middle. Bring all sides up around the dip and use your fingers to pinch the edges together to seal. Repeat with remaining dough balls.
- Place the sealed dough balls on the prepared baking pan. Brush with an egg wash, then sprinkle each with everything bagel seasoning or flaky salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Allow them to cool for at least 5 minutes before enjoying! Serve with additional Everything Bagel Dip & Spread.
