Perfect for game days or any day, your guests will devour these crunchy eggrolls stuffed with beef and creamy caramelized onion and garlic dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 10-oz container of Caramelized Onion with Roasted Garlic Dip & Spread
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion sliced into rings
  • 1 pound of shaved steak
  • 1 16-ounce package of egg roll wrappers
  • ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shaved steak, and onion; cook until steak is browned, about 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Spread a thin layer of Caramelized Onion with Roasted Garlic Dip & Spread on each egg roll. Add about 2 tablespoons of steak mixture onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll up the egg rolls tightly and place on an air fryer tray. Spray with your choice of oil. Air fry for 15 mins at 425F rotating them about halfway to crisp all sides.
  2. Serve with extra Caramelized Onion with Roasted Garlic Dip & Spread on the side.
