Ingredients

1/2 cup Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread; Also try with any of our Classic Dips & Spreads
Thin crust pizza dough
1 tablespoon butter, plus some to grease the pan
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup Mozzarella, shredded
Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Heat your oven to 350°F.

Use a small slice of butter to grease the bottom of a baking sheet. The butter prevents the pizza crust from sticking, and helps the bottom of the crust to crisp up.

Lay the dough out on the pan. Spread about 1/2 cup Chunky Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip over half of the dough in a thin layer.

Fold dough in half.

Press garlic through a garlic press and place in a small bowl on top of the butter. Microwave butter and garlic for 20 seconds, until butter has melted and is fragrant.

Use a knife to slice dough into pieces 1-inch thick.

Use a pastry brush to evenly spread butter/garlic mixture over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella and basil over the top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until browned. Serve right away with warm marinara sauce.
