Vanilla Bean Spooky Mummies

1. Place the sandwich cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely ground into crumbs.

2. Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and mix with La Terra Fina Vanilla Bean Dessert Dip until you have a sticky paste.

3. Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined dish or tray. Freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until firm.

4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in short intervals (10–15 seconds at a time), stirring after each round, until smooth and fully melted.

5. Dip each frozen cookie ball into the melted white chocolate, coating evenly, and place them back onto the parchment-lined sheet.

6. Drizzle extra white chocolate over the coated balls in thin lines to create the “mummy bandages.” While the drizzle is still soft, press on two candy eyes for each mummy. If the chocolate has already set, dab a bit of melted chocolate under each eye to help them stick.

6. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or chill briefly in the fridge before serving. Enjoy your spooky, sweet little mummies! 👻
