Spicy Baked Brie and Prosciutto Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread or ciabatta, sliced thinly
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • 6 oz. Sliced prosciutto
  • 10 oz. Sriracha Three-Cheese Dip & Spread
  • 8 oz. Brie cheese, sliced thinly
  • Fresh thyme or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Arrange sliced bread in an even layer on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 5-6 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. Spread each piece with a scoop of Sriracha Three-Cheese Dip & Spread, then add a slice of prosciutto and brie to each. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve the crostini warm, garnished with fresh thyme or basil and extra Sriracha Three-Cheese Dip & Spread for dipping if desired.
