Arrange sliced bread in an even layer on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 5-6 minutes, until golden brown.
Spread each piece with a scoop of Jalapeño Pepper-Jelly Dip & Spread, then add a slice of prosciutto and brie to each. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Serve the crostini warm, garnished with fresh thyme or basil and extra Jalapeño Pepper-Jelly for dipping if desired.
