Sweet and savory and a little bit spicy, this easy appetizer is always a hit with guests.



  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Arrange sliced bread in an even layer on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 5-6 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. Spread each piece with a scoop of Jalapeño Pepper-Jelly Dip & Spread, then add a slice of prosciutto and brie to each. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve the crostini warm, garnished with fresh thyme or basil and extra Jalapeño Pepper-Jelly for dipping if desired.
