In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
Add the breadcrumbs to a separate bowl, as well.
In a large bowl, stir together the stuffing and ½ cup Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread until well-combined. As 1-2 tbsp. flour is batter is too wet.
Roll 2 tablespoons per serving in a ball, then place on a pan lined with parchment paper. Repeat with remaining stuffing mix.
Freeze the stuffing balls for 15-20 minutes, or until firm.
In the meantime, heat up the oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375F.
Dredge each stuffing balls through the flour mixture, then the egg bowl, and finally through the breadcrumbs.
Carefully lower 3-4 coated stuffing balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon, then transfer to a wire rack lined with paper towels. Enjoy warm and dipped in the remaining Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread!
