Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover Stuffing
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 10 oz. La Terra Fina Spinach, Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread, divided. Can also use Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip & Spread, Green Chili & Cheese Dip or other favorite La Terra Fina Classic Dip & Spread
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 3-4 cups neutral oil, such as grapeseed or canola

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
  3. Add the breadcrumbs to a separate bowl, as well.
  4. In a large bowl, stir together the stuffing and ½ cup Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread until well-combined. As 1-2 tbsp. flour is batter is too wet.
  5. Roll 2 tablespoons per serving in a ball, then place on a pan lined with parchment paper. Repeat with remaining stuffing mix.
  6. Freeze the stuffing balls for 15-20 minutes, or until firm.
  7. In the meantime, heat up the oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375F.
  8. Dredge each stuffing balls through the flour mixture, then the egg bowl, and finally through the breadcrumbs.
  9. Carefully lower 3-4 coated stuffing balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
  10. Remove with a slotted spoon, then transfer to a wire rack lined with paper towels. Enjoy warm and dipped in the remaining Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread!
