Skinny Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
- ½ cup Spinach & Parmesan Dip & Spread made with Greek Yogurt or Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread made with Greek Yogurt (or any of our Greek Yogurt Dips & Spreads)
- 3 Jalapeño peppers
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat broiler to low.
- Slice each jalapeño length-wise. Remove the seeds. Leave stems on because they make perfect handles.
- Add about 2 tablespoons of dip to each pepper. Place peppers filling side up on a baking sheet. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the peppers and broil for ten minutes until top is lightly golden and the peppers are slightly tender.
- Serve warm.
