The perfect ratio of creamy Greek yogurt based filling to spicy pepper in each bite! Another great recipe from Sarcastic Cooking.



  1. Preheat broiler to low.
  2. Slice each jalapeño length-wise. Remove the seeds. Leave stems on because they make perfect handles.
  3. Add about 2 tablespoons of dip to each pepper. Place peppers filling side up on a baking sheet. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the peppers and broil for ten minutes until top is lightly golden and the peppers are slightly tender.
  4. Serve warm.
