Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Spaghetti

This dish is easy to throw together on a night where you want to spend more time entertaining and clinking glasses instead of in the kitchen. This recipe from start to finish took about 15 minutes and it was out of this world. Friends and family would have no idea that it was so easy. Another delicious recipe from A Zesty Bite!! This recipe is made with La Terra Fina Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread, or Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread made with Greek Yogurt or with any of our Classic Dips or Greek Yogurt Dips.
Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) container Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip; Also try with any of our Classic Dips or Greek Yogurt Dips
- 1 (12 oz.) box whole grain spaghetti
- 1 cup rotisserie chicken, diced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring water and salt to a boil in a large pot. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain the spaghetti and place back in pot.
- Add Chunky Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip, chicken and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
- Plate and top with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
