Love a good spicy salmon roll? Transform those flavors into the viral Sushi Casserole Bake -- which gets a spicy, creamy twist with the addition of our Sriracha Three Cheese Dip & Spread.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup imitation crab, shredded
- 1 cup cooked salmon, shredded
- 10 oz La Terra Fina Sriracha Three Cheese Dip and Spread, divided
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Optional: can be served with rice crackers, roasted seaweed wraps or chips.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- To prepare rice: combine cooked rice, water, rice vinegar and salt in a bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Remove rice mixture from microwave and press down on the bottom of a 8 x 8 oven-safe casserole dish.
- Combine imitation crab, salmon and about 8 oz La Terra Fina Sriracha Three Cheese Dip and Spread in a bowl. Mix throughly.
- Spread dip mixture over rice and spread evenly.
- Bake until golden brown and bubbly about 15 – 18 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with scallions, avocado, cucumber and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with additional reserve La Terra Fina Sriracha Three Cheese Dip and Spread and serve.
