Love a good spicy salmon roll? Transform those flavors into the viral Sushi Casserole Bake -- which gets a spicy, creamy twist with the addition of our Sriracha Three Cheese Dip & Spread.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup imitation crab, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked salmon, shredded
  • 10 oz La Terra Fina Sriracha Three Cheese Dip and Spread, divided
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Optional: can be served with rice crackers, roasted seaweed wraps or chips.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. To prepare rice: combine cooked rice, water, rice vinegar and salt in a bowl.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  4. Remove rice mixture from microwave and press down on the bottom of a 8 x 8 oven-safe casserole dish.
  5. Combine imitation crab, salmon and about 8 oz La Terra Fina Sriracha Three Cheese Dip and Spread in a bowl. Mix throughly.
  6. Spread dip mixture over rice and spread evenly.
  7. Bake until golden brown and bubbly about 15 – 18 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and top with scallions, avocado, cucumber and sesame seeds.
  9. Drizzle with additional reserve La Terra Fina Sriracha Three Cheese Dip and Spread and serve.
