  1. Spread 1/4 cup dip on a tortilla. Arrange 1/4 of each: turkey, avocado, cheese, olives, scallions and lettuce on top; roll up tightly.
  2. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve as is, halved or cut into bite-sized pieces, with salsa or hot sauce on the side or drizzled on top.

Chef’s Note:
To save time, look for pre-shredded lettuce at your supermarket.

This recipe would also be good with ham, roast beef or rotisserie chicken instead of turkey.
