This crispy, crunchy, irresistible beef wrap is packed with bold Southwest flavors and savory black beans and sweet corn.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 4 tostadas
  • 4 small taco-sized tortillas
  • 1 (10-ounce container) La Terra Fina Southwest Fiesta with Black Beans & Corn Dip & Spread
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and brown while crumbling for about 7-8 minutes.
  2. Add the spices to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Lay out a large flour tortilla on a clean surface.
  5. Spoon about 2 ½ tablespoons of La Terra Fina Southwest Fiesta with Black Beans & Corn Dip & Spread onto the center of the tortilla and spread it out, leaving about a 1-inch
    border around the outside.
  6. Add a layer of cooked ground beef and a tostada.
  7. Sprinkle about ¼ cup each of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tostada.
  8. Add another 2 ½ tablespoons of La Terra Fina Southwest Fiesta with Black Beans & Corn Dip & Spread on top followed by a small tortilla.
  9. To fold the wrap, start by folding the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling.
  10. Continue folding the edges of the tortilla up and over the center, rotating around the filling until it forms a hexagon shape.
  11. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
  12. Place the wrap seam side down on the skillet and turn the heat to medium.
  13. Cook for 2-3, flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly golden brown.
  14. Repeat the assembly and cooking process with the remaining wraps.
  15. Serve the wraps cut in half with limes, salsa, diced avocados and additional La Terra Fina Southwest Fiesta with Black Beans & Corn Dip & Spread, if desired.
