A great way to dress up your bagel! Seriously easy and delicious. Simply slice some veggies, spread the spread and voila! A delicious and elegant breakfast is fast and easy any day of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 bagel (we recommend an everything bagel, our favorite!)
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon red onion, thinly sliced (to taste)
- 4 roasted red bell pepper strips (to taste)
- 2 Tablespoons Wild Smoked Salmon Dip or Smoked Sockeye Salmon Spread
- Cracked black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Toast bagel and smear with dip
on each half.
- Top with cucumber, red onion and roasted red peppers.
- Dust with cracked black pepper.
- It’s that simple! Breakfast is served!
