In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine La Terra Fina Pumpkin Spice Dessert Dip, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice. Mix for 2-3 minutes until thoroughly combined.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream on high speed until foamy, add granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and cream of tartar. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
By hand, gently fold 2 cups of whipped cream into pumpkin mixture until fully combined. Spread mixture into pie crust.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours until fully set. Slice and garnish with remaining whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
