Cream Cheese Frosting:
Place 1 cup Vanilla Bean Dessert Dip or Salted Caramel Dessert Dip in a large bowl and gradually beat in 3 cups powdered sugar. Makes about 2 cups. Use to frost cakes and cupcakes and to fill whoopie pies.
For Cakes & Cupcakes:
Combine 1-1/2 cups Vanilla Bean Dessert Dip or Salted Caramel Dessert Dip, 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Makes about 2 cups.
Filling for Cannoli, Scooped-out Strawberries and Frozen Cookie Sandwiches:
Fold together 1 cup Vanilla Bean Dessert Dip or Salted Caramel Dessert Dip and 1 cup lightly sweetened whipped cream.
CHEF’S NOTE: Vanilla Bean Dessert Dip or Salted Caramel Dessert Dip right out of the package is also great for cannoli and frozen cookie sandwiches.
