Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Wontons

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the La Terra Fina Dip, crumbled bacon, and diced roasted red pepper in a bowl; set aside.
3. Press wonton wrappers into each muffin tin space. Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray.
4. Bake the empty wonton shells for 5-7 minutes until lightly crisp.
5. Remove muffin tins from the oven. Spoon the filling into each pre-baked cup. Sprinkle tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Return both tins to the 350F oven for 5-8 minutes. Serve warm & enjoy!
