Frequently Asked Questions
Finding & Preparing Our Products
While all of our dips are delicious served cold, some of our dips are extra tasty served warm. Follow the recommended instructions via our packaging. Timing depends on the amount of dip being warmed up and the strength of your microwave, so we highly suggest heating, then stirring every 10 seconds, then heating again if necessary.
Keep the quiches refrigerated or frozen until ready to cook (may freeze before “best by” date for up to one year from date of manufacture). Remove quiche from the carton and plastic wrapping prior to cooking.
For our 23 oz quiches:
- Conventional Oven: (Preferred method) Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake in foil pan for 23-25 minutes (add 5-10 minutes if frozen) or until center reaches 165°F. Carefully remove from oven and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Microwave Oven: Cut into serving portions and place one serving on a microwave safe dish. Heat on high for 2 minutes or until center of the quiche reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Air Fryer: Cut refrigerated quiche into serving portions and place one serving in basket. Heat at 350° F for 10-12 minutes, or until center reaches 165° F. Remove from basket, and let stand 2 minutes before serving.

Storage & Availability
If unopened, our dips will stay fresh under refrigeration until the “Best By” date on the packaging. Once opened, we recommend consuming the dip within 5 days for the best quality.
For our quiches, follow the “Best By” date labeled on the packaging. If you freeze our products, the quiches will keep for up to one year from the best by date. If you have thawed a quiche, it will remain fresh for 40 days.
Some stores receive our quiches frozen and are responsible for dating them after thawing. If the “best if used by” date is missing, we recommend returning the quiche to the store for a refund or a new product.
We do not recommend freezing our dips. The freezing and thawing process can cause the ingredients to separate, and we want you to have the best possible experience with our products.
Some of our products, like the Pineapple Habanero Dip & Spread or Cranberry & Jalapeño Dip & Spread, are only available at certain times of the year. We encourage you to speak with the deli manager at your local store to share your feedback. This will help us continue to expand our seasonal offerings in more stores.
Yes, we encourage you to experiment with our versatile dips! They are fantastic used as spreads on sandwiches, mixed into pasta, or even as a base for sauces. Check out our Recipes pages for more inspiration.
Sustainability
Our team has made big strides to ensure our packaging is increasingly recyclable. The majority of our materials are paper-based, rPET (#1) plastic, or aluminum—all of which are widely recyclable.
- Our quiche packaging has been redesigned to use up to 80% less plastic by removing the dome and lid. Both the quiche cardboard sleeve and aluminum tray are widely recyclable. Be sure to remove the plastic seal before recycling.
- Our dip cups are made with 25% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material and rPET (#1), one of the most commonly recyclable plastics. For best results, rinse the cup and lid, and remove the plastic seal before recycling.
